Here’s the first in our gratuitous cute kid pics…Because we’ve got to remember who we are doing this work for — our kids!!

This is Alex, the daughter of ARP’s very own columnist, Karen Walrond. As you can see, Alex is dressed up for Halloween.
Karen’s caption: There was no way Alex was NOT going to be Dorothy this year — she LOVES the Wizard of Oz.
