Take the 2009 Anti-Racist Parent Survey

We want this Web site to be the premier resource online for anti-racist parents. And we need your help. Please take a moment to complete a brief survey that will help us uncover the issues that are of most value to you. We will share highlights of the survey results next month.

Thank you for your ongoing support of Anti-Racist Parent.

UPDATE: Fixes have been made to the survey. You can now “strongly agree” to all statements regarding race and can select both transracial and international adoptions. Thanks to everyone for their swift feedback. If you took the survey early this morning, feel free to take it again to reflect your correct answers.

Can you check the field for #7 on the survey? As soon as I move to the next line item to check one of the four options, the check mark for the previous line item disappears.

Question 7 seems to be malfunctioning. This question is not allowing for someone to pick the same answer for each statement. It is performing like a ranking question rather than a matrix.

Thanks for your commitment to your readers by making the survey available. I’m curious about question 7, in that the question only allows a response to be used once. This means that a survey respondent cannot answer, for example, “strongly agree” to all of the statements. Is this the intended design of the question? It doesn’t allow me to answer the question the way I’d like to, so I’ll wait to answer the survey for now.

    Hi,
Just a note that there’s a bug in the survey. In the section where it asks your opinion (Strongly disagree to Strongly agree) you are only able to have one of each opinion for each of the statements (i.e., you can’t strongly agree with two of the statements).

I think there’s a little problem with the survey- it doesn’t allow me to answer two related questions with the same answer. For example, it isn’t allowing me to say that my adoption was international AND transracial (which it is), or that I strongly agree with all of the statements in question 7.
