UPDATE: Fixes have been made to the survey. You can now “strongly agree” to all statements regarding race and can select both transracial and international adoptions. Can you check the field for #7 on the survey? As soon as I move to the next line item to check one of the four options, the check mark for the previous line item disappears.

Just a note that there’s a bug in the survey. In the section where it asks your opinion (Strongly disagree to Strongly agree) you are only able to have one of each opinion for each of the statements (i.e., you can’t strongly agree with two of the statements).
